Great blog! I am a former fat bird turned fitness finatic. I also now work in the fitness industry, Everyday I still have to practice these techniques to remain confident and keep going on this journey I started. A few wrong turns here or there but largely I am going in the right direction. Most importantly I am enjoying the journey and enjoying the fear I feel when I step outside my comfort zone! Good luck everyone!

Thanks Simon. I am off to teach a new class in a new club. My passion has driven me forward adn turned me from fat bird to goddess! I felt the fear and did it anyway and although I have taken a few wrong turns along the way - I am still on the right path and there is still a way to go. Confidence is something I have to work at everyday and probably will do for the rest of my life. But I have the tools to do it. Your tips will help others see this too! Great work - love the new blog! I feel inspired :-)
