Thank you Simon. your words are very encouraging – but I am finding it very hard to start that FIRST snowball. Motivation very low. Can anyone help.

Thank you Simon, I always find your messages so encouraging – even though I haven’t yet found the magic recipe for keeping myself motivated, I allow things, people and myself to sabbotage my efforts. Still I am aiming to make sure I get it together in the new year, my daughter is getting married in August so I’m going to focus on the weight loss and fitness to achieve the goal of feeling good on her special day. I will look forward to your motivational tips each week to help keep me on track.
Thank you.
Wishing you a very happy Christmas and a sucessful New Year

@Gaynor @16.45: Hi Gaynor, There is a point where the ’snowball’ hits you! (So to speak!) Am only just starting out on my journey – but am more than willing to help out where I can. Simon has been a great inspiration to me and has given me opportunities to motivate myself much more than I would had I just been trying to lose weight on my own! My moment came about a month ago….I’m happy to share it with you….let me know….

Hi Simon,

Thank-you so very much for your encouraging words, kind thoughts and wishes. Looks like you’ve had Lady Luck on your side too. Not everyone is as fortunate as you but of course positive thinking is a big motivation by itself.

Wishing you also a VERY HAPPY AND PEACEFUL CHRISTMAS AND A NEW YEAR WITH LOTS OF SUCCESS AND GOOD HEALTH.

Best wishes,
Katherine

Hi Simon
I always read the messages you send via e-mail and now xmas is over, this is the time to get going, I am in agreement with Esme, it’s too easy to be swayed by others, especially, if you can’t be bothered to cook/shop etc. I will be joining the gym in the New Year, I will keep you posted!!
