How to Change Your Mood In a Second

You know, sometimes you just need to see something to change your state. When I say that I mean, move you from an OK state to a smiling state, or from a bad mood state into a smiling state. State change happens all the time. Maybe when you see someone you don’t like, your state changes. When you see someone you love, your state changes. By writing down when most of your state changes take place and coming up with ways to make sure you surround yourself with people who put you in positive states, you’ll be well on track to getting the life you want.

So, let’s demonstrate state change and tell me, which one of these made you smile? Comments please! So nice to be blogging again but I have tooth ache today, bad times! :-)

‘Never too cold to exercise!!’ – such a great image….really made me smile, especially his gloves.

Amazing that this came today….been one of my worst days this year! If anything could have gone wrong, today was the day!….so realllly cool to smile.

Love the “nd lift nd hold”! My meow is doing it the whole day and i envy her flexibility ! Makes me move my legs around a bit more!

Well, *Never too cold to exercise’ and ‘ 24 Fitness’ brought a smile to my face and actually so did some others too but those 2 took the cake for sure.

I actually smile most days cos I have an interesting job and coworkers but thanks the same for making my day again.

Thanks for all the useful tips and advise on how to stay fit. I do try hard!
