Three Great Leg Exercises For Women

I agree with the two previous comments. Not all of us have access to gym equipment, but the moves look really effective. Is there anything we can do to attach weight/resistance at home (I get lots of “resistance” at home, but it’s the wrong kind, haha) to duplicate these exercises? I considered trying them at the pool, which would add resistance but not weight.

You could use a resistanse band, one side hooked to a door knob, behind you with door closed shut. I think you can use the resistance band to creat a reverse pull on bringing your leggs down. I think that would produce equall effect on the muscles you are trying to target.
